Confidentiality
Board meeting contents are not to be disseminated without approval from all attendees.
Resident's personal, financial or legal information are not to be shared without their permission and knowledge.

Equity / Fairness
Covenant rules and policies apply equally and to everyone. Exceptions may be determined
by entire Board in the form of a variance

Representation
Each member is the face of our Board to our community. Encountered disputes, or complaints,
are directed to the proper resource, e.g. management, board hearing, etc. We don't arbitrate as a Board proxy on our own.

Trustworthiness
Our duty is to provide our members maximum honesty and effort in protecting the present
and future value of their property and environment by all means prescribed and allowed in the Covenants and By-laws to the best of our abilities.
